Racism

One of international delinquencies. Racism and racial discrimination include racist ideology, settings, based on racial prejudices, discriminatory conduct, structural organization and institutionalize practice, resulting in racial inequality, and also idea that similar relations between groups are justified from the moral and scientific points of view; show up in a discriminating legislation and practice.

Racism is a theory, adding superiority or inferiority to the separate racial or ethnic groups, grounding a right for one people to dominate above other or reject them. Realization of racist theories in practice expressed in the policy of racial discrimination, that in any distinction (exception, limitation or preference), based on the signs of race, color of skin, family, national or ethnic origin, defiat human rights and basic freedoms in political, economic, social, cultural and other spheres of public life. In 1966 International convention about liquidation of all forms of racial discrimination declared racism and racial discrimination as a crime.

The person is obliged to have the country passport in which it lives, then the relation to it will be much better. In case of passport loss, it is immediately necessary for passport renewal.
